SIGNAL HEADS

SIGNAL LOCKER (equipped with rubber vibration dampers)

The signal locker is made of silumin and painted in the prescribed RAL. The signal locker is equipped with a lock, lock cap, air intake, short and long intake pipe, blind coverings, vibration dampers, fastening angles and fasteners.©Taher d.o.o.

FOUNDATION BOLTS (FASTENERS) FOR CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS

Foundation bolts are equipped with shims and nuts with washers. They are also hot-dip galvanized for the protection against corrosion.©Taher d.o.o.

SIGNAL LAMPS 136

The SSV 136 signal lamp (Ø 136 mm) comprises aluminium housing and an optical part. The optical part comprises a diffusing glass, a lens (condenser), a colour filter and a lamp socket. The signal lamp is produced according to the regulations and standards which are in force in the company Slovenian railway.©Taher d.o.o.

SIGNAL LAMPS 70

The SSV Ø 70 signal lamp also comprises aluminium housing and an optical part. It is intended for the installation into limit track signals and shunt signals.The lamp conforms to the regulations and standards which are in force in the company Slovenian railway. SHUNTING SIGNAL

The shunting signal comprises silumin housing, two SSV 70 signal lamps (Φ 70 mm) and a metal base. The housing is equipped with a lock, lock cap, air intakes and lampshades. The shunting signal is painted black with two yellow stripes on the rear side. It is supplied together with the foundation and foundation bolts or by individual components.©Taher d.o.o.

LEVEL CROSSING SIGNALS

The level crossing road traffic light signal with SSV 210 lamps (Φ 210 mm) comprises two signal lamps with halogen lamps, a triangle sign and a warning bell. The whole construction is installed on a metal support which is galvanized for the protection against corrosion. The road traffic light is also equipped with a connecting cable and clamps for the fixation onto the signal post. Clamps are also galvanized for the protection against corrosion. OPTICAL INDICATOR

The optical indicator comprises aluminium housing, matrix board and an optic part. The optical indicator is eminently visible and allows the use of different symbols in a single housing where each symbol requires only two halogen lamps (main and standby). This contributes to the decrease of power consumption. In case of a burned out main lamp the standby lamp is activated. The combination of colour filters produces symbols of different colours. In case of difficult access to the indicator installation site (e.g. tunnels, bridge constructions, etc.) the signal lamps can be installed up to 20 m from the indicator itself. All indicators are very simple to install. The installation is executed with the help of a bracket which is to be fixed onto the signal post. The bracket is galvanized for the protection against corrosion.©Taher d.o.o.

LIMIT TRACK SIGNAL

The limit track signal comprises a strong metal housing and a fastening construction for its fixation onto a signal post. The housing comes installed with two white and two red SSV 70 signal lamps (Φ 70 mm) with lampshades. The housing and the fastening construction are galvanized for the protection against corrosion. The front side of the housing with lampshades is painted black. SWITCH INDICATORS, DERAILER INDICATORS AND END OF TRACK INDICATOR (with electric lighting or with reflective surface)

We manufacture two types of indicators:
- Indicators in the form of enclosed housings with electric lighting.
- Indicators manufactured as end of track indicators with reflective surfaces

All indicators are designed for simple operation and maintenance.

SIGNAL BOARDS (with reflective surface)

Besides end of track indicators and other indicators we also manufacture signal boards for the identification of signal posts. Signal boards are made of stainless materials. Their construction allows simple fixation onto signal posts (Φ 80 mm or 100 mm). The front side is equipped with a reflective film of the highest quality class allowing good visibility both by day and by night. Signal boards do not require any maintenance.©Taher d.o.o.

DISTRIBUTION BOX

The distribution box is made of aluminium alloy and painted black. It comprises a top cover and a lower part with cable glands (long and short input tube) and blind coverings with rubber gaskets. The cable head is equipped with a metal support.©Taher d.o.o.

DISTRIBUTION BOX TPO-4 (For electric heaters on switches)

This distribution box comprises a metal support and aluminium housing. It is equipped with cable glands with special accessories for the attachment of the protective tube which enters into the interior of the distribution box from the front side. The cable gland at the bottom of the housing is intended to route the cable into the distribution box. Upon request, housings of different dimensions can be supplied with more input and output places.©Taher d.o.o.

DISTRIBUTION BOX TPO-2 (for an axis counter)

This distribution box comprises a welded metal support and cast housing. The finish of the housing and the number of input places depend on the intended use.©Taher d.o.o.

BARIER ARM BREAKAWAY INSERTS

All breakaway inserts are made of silumin. According to the shape of the barrier profile we differentiate between two types of fragile parts:
- Square parts
- Hexagonal parts

RAIL EQUIPMENT PROTECTORS

We manufacture many different types of rail equipment protectors. All protectors are welded, whereas the protective board can be adjustable or fixed. Despite the robust design the protectors are designed to facilitate the installation in the field.©Taher d.o.o.

BREAKING CHOCK

Our production programme also includes breaking chocks type 45 and 49 which are used for the protection of wagons and other railway vehicles from uncontrolled movement. We also provide service and refurbishment operations of breaking chocks.©Taher d.o.o.

ASSEMBLY FOR SWITCHES AND DERAILERS

We also manufacture fastening assemblies with push or control rods for point and derail drives. The manufacture is precise and quality despite the robust design of components. CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOR SIGNALS

We manufacture concrete foundations for installation of all types of light signals, road traffic lights for level crossing, telephone boxes. All concrete foundations can be supplied complete with foundation bolts and protective caps for the foundation bolts.©Taher d.o.o.
